A case analysis report by the Norwegian Refugee Council indicates that nearly haft of the refugees settled in Arua city came for health reasons, while others migrated for education reasons among other motivation.
During the council sitting in the council hall at the district headquarters in Luwero Town Council, the councilors from Kalagala, Makulubita and Butuntumula among other Sub Counties and Town Councils have reported increasing cases of insecurity.
According to the residents, Kanara gravity water supply system is the only source of clean water in the sub-county since they have been fetching water from R. Mpanga or local dams that they would share with livestock.
Dr. Nickson said they discovered that 11 out of the 16 sub-counties in Agago district had not submitted accountability for the money disbursed to them for the training.
The disagreement, which has sucked in local leaders arises from the trio’s failure to harmonize their positions on the distribution of health facilities that the government earmarked for the district in this financial year.
