Residents of Mubende Municipality say they have lost confidence in the Police over what they call rampant corruption in the Force. Sarah Kajumba, a resident of Kasenyi Caltex Zone in Western Division in Mubende Municipality, told the officials that her goat was stolen but when she attempted to get a sniffer dog she was asked for a bribe of 20,000 shillings which she didnt have and the dog handlers refused to bring it.
