Opposition and Independent Members of Parliament have condemned the humiliating manner in which Kyadondo East MP Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda was lifted and forced out of the parliamentary chambers following Deputy Speaker Jacob Oulanyahâ€™s order.
Jacob Oulanyah, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, has this afternoon ordered the Sergent-at-arms to physically force Kyadondo East MP Ibrahim Semujju Nganda from the chambers saying that he was suspended.
The Pastoralism Policy, according to the group, was proposed during the Africa region level meeting in 2010. Members note that since then the draft has remained in the custody of the Agriculture ministry and not distributed to stakeholders for debate.
