The Parliamentary Pensions Amendment Bill also seeks to increase benefits of Members of Parliament and Staff as it is noted by MP Akol that the current benefits due to a Member of Parliament and Staff is not befitting of any honorable Member and that there is need for a scheme redesign for MPs.
