Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kutesa says the Ugandan government is footing the bill for its army currently deployed in South Sudan. The statement comes in the wake of comments made by the South Sudan Defence Minister Kuol Manyang that the South Sudan government was fully funding UPDF’s operations in South Sudan.
