Suspects in Wakiso Land Dealer's Death Released as Investigators Rule Out Murder 1

Assistant Superintendent of Police- ASP Charles Twine, who also speaks for CID confirmed to Uganda Radio Network –URN that the suspects, including the widow Aanyu Florence Adong, have been released on bond. The other two are Kaye Mukasa and Annet Mbabazi. Musiitwa was found dead in his wife’s car on April 26th after he had gone missing for five days.

Consignments of Stolen Gov't Drugs Found in Nansana Clinic 2 2

Kampala Metropolitan Deputy police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said the drugs were recovered during an operation mounted in the area following a tip-off from locals about vehicles seen ferrying suspected stolen drugs in the area. According to residents, the drugs were offloaded from trucks at around 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Uganda Constructs New Highway Linking Moroto to Kenya UNRA 1 1

The Lokitanyala road will be upgraded to Bitumen II grade and will have at least two bridges, drainage channels and culverts. The contract is an extension of the job done on the Soroti – Katakwi-Moroto road section at a total cost of about 646.8 billion Shillings. The first section was completed in November 2019.
