Joseph Mukasa, a resident of Kijjabwemi was found dead at Kyabumba in Masaka district. His motorcycle is missing. Kuzaifa Mawanda, 24, was also killed on September 11 (last Saturday) almost at the same spot where Mukasa’s body was recovered.
