At least six health centers in Acholi, including four in Nwoya district, have been targeted by the thieves within two months, resulting in the theft of drugs and medical supplies.
The cattle mostly from the long-horned Ankole breed were intercepted following a tip-off while being transported at night, according to security officials in the district.
