The works involve the expansion and renovation of the old buildings and construction of an emergency department, administration block, theatre, out and in-patient wards, 130 staff houses and sewage lagoon.
Kiyimba, who also doubles as the Minister for Lukiiko, Cabinet, Protocol and Information, condemned the recent directive by Uganda Communications Commissions to 13 radios stations and Televisions to suspend 39 of their staff members.
