Unknown gunmen opened fire at a Crown bus registration number UAQ 409D, driven by 41-year-old Oja Tabila. Another bus belonging to Gold Line bus Company registration number UAS 373Y later landed into the same ambush but escaped without any injury.
The demolition was endorsed late last month as part of the initiative to clean up and restore order in the town. Kiosk owners were subsequently ordered to vacate the city centre not later than the first week of January 2017.
