45-year-old Alice Adong, 45 breathed her last at Pajule Health IV in Pader district on Wednesday evening where she had been admitted in critical condition.
The ordinance was passed in 2018 by Pader district council to regulate the sale and consumption of alcohol. However, its enforcement was never been implemented, angering the leaders.
