Grace Atim, the Deputy Zombo Resident District Commissioner, criticized the firm for failing to install the machine, which has left tea farmers in the district in a difficult situation as their tea plantations have been overgrown.
Lira City Mayor Sam Atul confirmed the news describing it as a big blow to the city and the entire Lango region. The deceased's body has been retrieved and conveyed to Lira Regional Referral Hospital Mortuary awaiting post-mortem.
