Oryema told detectives that he sold the motorcycle at 2 Million Shillings to a person identified only as Nyeko a resident of corner mission Cell in the Pandwong division of Kitgum Municipality.
The 12- month contract valued at 16.6 Billion Shillings was signed on Thursday last week and witnessed by officials from the Ministry of Lands, Housing, and Urban Development.
