The Party president administered the oath for another set of party leaders on Friday, discarding the structures inaugurated by the former party’s Acting National Organizing Secretary Shafick Ddembe.
Dr Lochap has also picked NRM nomination forms to compete for the Jie County Parliamentary seat, the same constituency he has previously wanted to represent on the FDC ticket. He will compete with Peter Abrahams Lokii, the NRM District Chairperson and Another contender Ambrose Lotukei, for the endorsement.
Key among those who reunited included Christopher Acire, the former Gulu Municipality MP and Reagan Okumu, the Aswa County MP. The reunion is an attempt by party leaders safeguard against further degeneration following massive departure of it members.
