A section of the kitgum coronavirus taskforce committee members have blamed security forces of using highhanded measures in enforcing the ban. Kitgum Municipality Mayor Livings Walter Tooroma says implementation of the directiveS have been misinterpreted by security personnel who are instead harassing locals.
