Speaking in a meeting with the Police Chief Political Commissar, Ubaldo Bamunoba in Jinja City on Saturday, the officers say that, inadequate facilitation is deterring them from fully executing their duties.
According to the leaders, the hospital receives 800 million Shillings every quarter and procurement of drugs from National Medical Stores (NMS), is inadequate causing a shortage of drugs.
