The licensed oil companies including CNOOC Uganda Ltd, TotalEnergies, and UNOC have spent close to eight million dollars in training Ugandans in different aspects of oil and gas says Ernest Rubondo, the Executive Director of Petroleum Authority of Uganda-PAU.
