Allen Kagina, the executive director of Uganda National Roads Authority-UNRA says that the road agency cannot beat the planned completion date due to unresolved land issues. Physical completion works for the road is currently rated at 75 percent progress.
John Richard Opio, the Katakwi District RNM party chairperson, says the Angisa land feud is long overdue. He says the feud is a great obstacle to NRM party candidates in the area and wants the matter resolved as soon as possible.
