Kyagulanyi said that regardless of attempts by the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) to hinder democratic progress by purportedly trying to install General Muhoozi Kainerugaba as President Yoweri Museveni's successor; eventually, elections will need to be held, and added that when that time comes, NUP will need to be found to confront what he called a tyranny.
