Botometer places the likelihood of the accounts in question to be bots above 72 percent.
Kyagulanyi was arrested yesterday from Luuka district in Eastern Uganda, for allegedly flouting guidelines issued by both the Ministry of Health and the Electoral Commission to keep COVID-19 at bay. According to the recently revised guidelines, gatherings of any kind were limited to not more than 200 people, who also need to have facemasks and keep an acceptable social distance.
