According to the leaders, the party promised to give 150 million shillings to every district NRM executive committee, and 2 million shillings to the District NRM chairperson monthly.
Nabwiso died on Saturday at Mukono Church of Uganda Hospital. Family sources said that Nabwiso has been bedridden for over one month and has been since out of public life.
