Displaced Mulungu Traders to be Relocated to Busabala 2 3

The traders were forced to abandon the market last month as a result of rising water levels on Lake Victoria. As many of them relocated to an area outside the gazetted market, Kampala Capital City Authority-KCCA and National Environment Management Authority-NEMA asked Buganda Land Board, the landlord, to close the site citing health and environmental challenges.
