Members of Parliament for a period of two weeks in order to disinfect the parliamentary building" reads part of the communication to the MPs.
The new Government Chief Whip, Thomas Tayebwa has revealed that President Yoweri Museveni tasked him to eliminate transactional politics and warned that no ruling party legislator will be bribed to pass any Bills sponsored by Government.
On Tuesday, four legislators namely Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi from Butambala County, David Kalwanga, Busujju County, Betty Nambooze, Mukono Municipality and their Lubaga South counterpart, Aloysius Mukasa expressed interest in chairing the Buganda Parliamentary Caucus in a closed meeting.
