Police of Arua has exhibited items they recovered from the room of MP Robert Kyagulanyi, aka obi Wine and Kassiano Wadri an Independent candidate in the Arua Municipality parliamentary by-elections.The items which included two AK 47 guns with 30 rounds of Ammunitions each, a Pistol with 8 rounds of ammunitions, several mobile phones, red caps, T-shirts, among other items were paraded before the press in the office of the RPC north Western at 1pm today
Shortly after they arrived, they conducted a suspect parade and went straight into recording statements from two Members of Parliament arrested from Arua district alongside other residents.
According to Hakiza, the suspect assaulted his victim accusing him of being lazy and selling fuel from the bulldozer. Hakiza says they have been hunting for Wangyi who has been in hiding until Tuesday night when he was picked up and whisked off to Hoima Central Police station.
Hundreds of mourners, among them, family and friends convened at his brothers home in Lusanja, Wakiso district for his send-off, early today. They were joined by a team of youths donning black t-shirts with inscriptions; Team Robert Kyagulanyi, and a portrait of the deceased.

Mohamed Ateeq Nawaz, the President of Pakistani Association in Lira town says to date no suspect has been arrested by the police.He says even after facilitating police investigations, neither suspects nor stolen goods have been recovered by the police.
The suspects were found in possession of a pistol registration number UG PSO T110206A011 belonging to Saracen which was assigned to Olibilunga. They were also found with a polythene bag with 29 rounds of ammunition for an AK47 riffle and 48 bullets for the pistol.
A reliable police source told URN on condition of anonymity that Arua police, which is meant to handle case of the suspects, has since shifted focus on the ongoing election.
According to an eye witness, unidentified gunmen shot the couple at around 8:40pm while walking to their home in Mwanjari trading center shortly after closing their Soda Depot in Kabale Central Market.
