Musa Lwanga was arrested after a headteacher, Peter Ndegeya, in Mpigi District alerted police that he had seen him abducting 16 children aged 4-13 years.
Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga, said UPF Legal Director Erasmus Twaruhukwa, has handed over the officers’ file to DPP to decide whether they will be tried in criminal courts or force’s disciplinary tribunal.

The boy reportedly hit the baby using a brick and later hid her body in a nearby bush. The incident happed in Katebu village, Paloga Sub-county in Lamwo district last evening.
