An eye witness who spoke on condition of anonymity says the suspects grabbed a handbag containing 10 million shillings from a woman who had just made a transaction from Centenary Bank Kitgum Branch.
Samuel Opoka a farmer reportedly sexually assaulted the minor before killing her on Thursday afternoon. The incident happened at Lapana B village in Paibony Parish in Kitgum Matidi Sub County.
