In the complaint, the 16-year-old girl accuses Ssebalamu of repeatedly defiling her. Andrew Lubega, the Programmes Officer at CODI says that the victim alleges that Ssebalamu has been picking her from town to his private home in Kitante zone where he repeatedly defiled her over the last three months.
