Lameck Kigozi, the Savannah Regional Police Spokesperson, says the duo was picked up following reports from residents that they were flying a drone with cameras in Nakitoma Sub County.According to Kigozi, it raised suspicion that the duo could be using the drone to spy on Nakasongola UPDF air force base or other security installations.
