The Division Spokesperson, Maj. Charles Kabona says Lt. Denis Gumisiriza and his co-accused were deployed in Kyarenga, Ruborogota sub-county in Isingiro district to enforce the Health Ministry Covid19 preventive guidelines and presidential directives.
