Worse still, the builders declined to give particulars of their bosses to the local authorities. Tumusiime rushed to the construction work and halted the works since the contractor was not known to the area leaders and district officials and questions about the manner, in which the contract was awarded.
According to available information, the contractor was expected to complete the project in August 2020. The contactor is yet to fix doors and windows in some of the classrooms while some have developed big cracks on the floor. The compound and sports field have not been leveled.
