The suspect is identified as Annet Mujuni Kengozi, a mobile money and MTN SIM card registration agent operating in Kiryanjagi Trading Center in Kagadi district. She is a second wife to Mr Deo Lubega, the girl’s father who is also an MTN SIM card registration agent operating in Kiryanjagi trading center.
