The division property rates roll was published in the Uganda Gazette and has been availed to Nakawa property owners at the division offices and City Hall for crosschecking rates attached to their properties. The draft roll will be displayed for 30 days and property owners who want to contest KCCA valuation will submit their complaints to the valuation court, chaired by lawyer Asuman Basalirwa. The roll display started on March 18 and it will end of April 18.
