In her ruling, Justice Jane Persis Kiggundu denied Nyanzi bail on several grounds including the fact that he doesnt have a fixed place of residence. She observed that according to court documents, Nyanzi lives in three places including Kyempisi, Nansana and Nakawa, which makes it difficult to track him.
