JLOS will in turn construct at least a 21,000 square meters of office space for the police headquarters in exchange for the land.

Ladira says that the Justice Law and Order sector has availed money to police to pay fees to medical personnel for the examination of sexual offences. JLOS has already printed and saturated 75,000 copies of the newly redesigned police forms in the country. For every victim of sexual assault examined the medical personnel will be paid 25,000 shillings.
