Several soldiers from the 4th Division headquarters in Gulu have been stationed in a detach set up at Juka Trading Center, some 3 Kilometers North of Apaa Town.
In a press statement issued by Julius Mucunguzi, the Communications Advisor of Rugunda, Rugunda noted that the extension is meant to allow for the on-going consultations by the two teams to be finalized.
