Student Strikes: Police Deploy in Lira Schools students protest

Ezra Tugume, the Lira District Police Commander Lira, says the deployments are based on intelligence reports showing that the strikes in Comboni and Lango Colleges could spiral to some of the named schools. According to Tugume, they intend to maintain light deployment in the schools for mitigation purposes but not to create tension among students.
