Rwakafuzi told the court that Bukenya alias BK was alleged to have been the leader of a gang that masterminded attacks in Masaka, Kampala and Wakiso districts. He was arrested, paraded before Media on April 23, 2017, and sent to Nalufenya.
Kampala High Court judge Eldard Mwanguhya has this afternoon declined to issue a temporary injunction against the planned demolition of the national museum. He argues that the defendant as the custodian of the Uganda museum and artifacts contained therein gave Court an assurance that the museum will not be demolished.
