Deo Miiro Mpolampola, a farmer of Mwena Village B in Kalangala town Council says the promoters of the project exaggerated its benefits, creating misconceptions among the intending cultivators. According to Miiro, the Vegetable oil project has numerous challenges which the intending out-growers are not made to understand before embracing the project.
