Samuel Odong, the NRM National Youth League Publicity Secretary says there are powerful politicians who are campaigning against Kadaga’s bid for the CEC position by bribing delegates to boycott the forthcoming elections.
Moses Balyeku, the Jinja West Member of Parliament who doubles as the Busoga parliamentary caucus vice chairperson says that, all his colleagues have agreed to rally behind Kadaga.
Kadaga observed that the national taskforce is currently concentrating its’ food aid campaigns in the areas of Kampala and Wakiso, while sidelining other equally starving communities throughout the country.
Speaking at the commissioning of construction works along two roads in Jinja town, Kadaga says that, she receives numerous reports of intrigue and corruption by both technocrats and local leaders from Jinja district, which frustrates the progress of infrastructure projects.
