Maurice Mugenga Keitaba, the Greater Kabale NRM Registrar, said Maj. Gen. Mutebire has exhibited perfect leadership skills and experience for the time he has known him. Keitaba also hailed Maj. Gen. Mutebire for supporting the ruling NRM party financially during the previous elections.
