Kirabo went to Kampala Kindergarten for nursery and Kampala Parents before switching to City Parents Primary School in Nakulabye, where she sat her Primary Leaving Examinations and obtained 8 aggregates in 2009.
Other MPs led by the Mityana Municipality MP, Francis Zaake also informed the House that Makerere University Guild President, Julius Kateregga had been abducted by unknown security personnel on Wednesday afternoon.

Voting started at around 9 am amidst heavy security. Each polling station was manned by three regular police officers and armed anti-riot police on standby.
