Among the pledges are elevation of Nakaseke hospital to regional referral, compensation of veterans, construction of Luwero district headquarters and a pineapple processing plant to add value to produce among others.
Latifa Nayiga is the daughter of the late Sergeant Suleiman Lubega, a former resident of Kitengeesa village in Mukungwe Sub County in Masaka district. According to Nayiga, her father died in 2012 before he had successfully pursued his gratuity from government.
