Ampeire says the suspects were speaking Kinyarwanda and French, adding that they didn’t have any travel documents and didn’t provide any clear reasons on their destination. He says the suspects are locked up at Kabale Central Police station for questioning.

The money is to be deposited to the Court's bank as security for the due performance of the decree within 21 days from the issue of the order.
