A source in Police told URN on condition of anonymity that Otim was part of the FDC team that is currently in Lango sub region distributing petition forms to voters to drag President Yoweri Museveni to the International Criminal Court.

Lira District Police Commander, George Obia said the rally was not sanctioned by the Inspector General of Police.

Without divulging more details, Ongom, says that they are not aware of any FDC public rally in the town on Saturday.
