It is alleged that Nsanje found his shop broken into and a flat television screen and some other valuables stolen. Nsanje and Muliika suspected Denis Kivumbi 36 of being behind the theft. The two pounced on Kivumbi who was in the vicinity.
Tuhaise Byaruhanga, a resident of Mutunguru village, in Burora sub-county is alleged to have killed his brother Byaruhanga Tugume, on Sunday after picking a quarrel over a piece of family land.
