John Ntezimaana a resident of Kabutemba LC1 in Kibiga sub county and former husband of one Coldina Muwooza has been arrested on allegations of stabbing Disan Lubega to death and severely injuring Muwooza both residents of Rwanda LC1 also in Kibiga sub county.
They were allegedly hired by one Richard Ssebina alias Sekitoleko to kill his brother Musa Katinda Bisaso, 45, a resident of Tweyanze village in Katikamu Sub County in Luweero district. Bisaaso was shot dead on the night of August 28, after being tricked to come out of his house by unknown callers.
Mukaaya suffered severe burns after unidentified arsonists torched his house around 2am on Tuesday morning. Residents started pointing accusing fingers at Jjuuko, saying he had repeatedly threatened to kill Mukaaya for his alleged involvement in a sexual affair with his wife.

Martial Tumusiime, the Greater Bushenyi Regional Police Spokesperson, says the soldiers allegedly shot to death Vincent Tumuhirwe, a resident of Kyeigombe village on Friday evening. He however, declined to divulge the identities of the suspect for fear of jeopardising their investigations, saying others are still on the run.
The Defence team has maintained that Bagyenda was mentally unstable by the time he committed the alleged crime and is thus, not liable for his actions under the law. The three Defence witnesses presented before the court all maintained that Bagyenda suffered from depression before and after the offence was committed.
