Byaruhanga says that he stormed out of the meeting citing the impartiality of Kiiza and the venue that he says was not neutral ground to enable smooth negotiations.
Byaruhanga is said to have closed the offices around 7am on Monday morning. Addressing journalists in his office, Byaruhanga, said he closed the CAO’s office to implement a council resolution.
