KCCA Law Enforcement Team Improves Operation Methods City Hall court 3

According to Robert Kalumba the Deputy Spokesperson of KCCA, the enforcement officers have been given more training in client care and continued to monitor them to ensure compliance. He says that they have also stoped them from chasing after people and bundling them on KCCA trucks. He however says they have continued with law enforcement to maintain order in the City.
