On Thursday, Buganda Road Court presided over by the Chief Magistrates Mariam Akello Ayo ruled that prosecution witnesses adduced sufficient evidence against Ssewanyana and his co-accused Benson Ssenyonga.
On Tuesday, prosecution led by Timothy Amerit presented three witnesses before Buganda Road Chief Magistrate’s court presided over Mariam Ayo pinning the accused persons on the said crimes.
It is alleged that Uncle Money, 50, unlawfully caused the death of a Mechanic, Siraji Akim Tumusiime when he allegedly commanded mob action against him for allegedly stealing his property on August 16. 2019. The incident took place at Munaku-Lubya, in Rubaga division.
