The farmers from Paicho and Palaro Sub Counties say that the wildcats suspected to be hyenas, leopards, or wild dogs have killed and feasted on at least seven cows, three sheep, and fourteen goats in less than two weeks.
Margret Lapaka, one of the affected farmers in Paicho Sub County says they are struggling to pay the extension workers in the District 5,000 shillings for each animal to get vaccinated.
They denounced their allegiance to the NUP, handed over their party cards to leadership of the ruling party through Bosco Odoch Olak, the Head of NRM Campaign and Mobilization for Northern Uganda.
