The Municipal speaker, Molson Bizitu held a public meeting at the Jinja city hall on Tuesday to consult stakeholders on whether to negotiate with the trustees of the Indian association or battle them out in court.
Margret Nampiina, the former Jinja Rotary Club president, says they partnered with Jinja Municipal Council-JMC to construct another classroom block for the visually impaired pupils.
“The Criminal Investigations Directorate is conducting investigations into allegations of abuse of office, conspiracy to defraud, embezzlement, fraudulent accounting and money laundering. Vide CIDHQTRS/94/2020,” the letter reads in part.
